Site layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
